PROJECT UPDATE: The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT), in partnership with the City of West Allis, is reconstructing W. National Avenue from 108th Street (WIS 100) to Lincoln Avenue. Work is scheduled for completion in late fall 2027. The following work is scheduled to take place.
Thursday, October 29, 2026, from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m.
Westbound National Avenue between Lincoln Avenue and 100th Street is scheduled to close overnight while crews complete pavement marking operations.
Detour: Motorists are encouraged to use Lincoln Avenue and WIS 100 (108th Street) to travel around the closure.
