Thursday, Aug. 27 6–7 p.m. West Allis City Hall Art Gallery
Help shape the future of West Allis by joining us for ENGAGE Presents: West Allis Strategic Plan, an interactive community education session focused on the City's long-term vision and priorities. As the City enters the final year of its 2022–2026 City of West Allis Strategic Plan, we're seeking resident feedback to better understand whether our current goals continue to reflect the needs and priorities of the community. This session will provide an opportunity to learn about the strategic planning process, review what we've heard from residents so far, and share your perspective to help guide future decision-making.
During this one-hour presentation, attendees will:
· Learn how the City's Strategic Plan guides decision-making: Explore how the plan establishes priorities, shapes initiatives, and influences City services.
· Review resident feedback: Gain insight into the results of the recent Resident Feedback Survey and the trends emerging from community input.
· Share your perspective: Participate in a guided discussion about the priorities that matter most as the City looks ahead to its next Strategic Plan.
Whether you're curious about how City priorities are established or want to help influence the future direction of West Allis, this session offers an opportunity to learn, ask questions, and be part of the conversation.
ENGAGE Presents is a community education series offering accessible information on topics that affect daily life in West Allis. Through presentations led by City staff, community leaders, and local partners, residents gain a better understanding of local issues, initiatives, and resources while fostering a more informed and engaged community.
