You brought the snowstorm of creativity, and now it’s time to choose the coolest names for our snow plows. After sifting through a blizzard of submissions, we’ve narrowed it down to the top 30 finalists for our snowplow naming contest. Now you get to decide which names will hit the streets this winter!
Voting is open through 11:59 p.m. on Jan. 19. First, second, and third place winners will be announced on Tuesday, Jan. 20. The three names receiving the most votes will be featured on our plows this winter.

Dec. 6 - Jan. 4: Submit name ideas
Jan. 5 - 9: City officials review names
Jan. 12-19: Finalists posted for public voting
Jan. 20: First, second, and third place winners announced
Those who submit winning names will win the following:
First Place - ride in the 2026 Christmas parade in your named truck, a photo with the mayor and the named truck, and a City swag bag.
Second Place - a photo with the mayor and the named truck and a City swag bag.
Third Place - a photo with the mayor and the named truck and a City swag bag.
