West Allis Skate Park
   Skate Park

The City of West Allis, in consultation with Spohn Ranch Skateparks, has constructed a Skate Park within Joyce Ann Radtke Park. This park opened in the Fall of 2014 and is located at the northeast corner of S. 84th St. and W. National Ave.  This urban skate park provides residents a state-of-the-art location for an expanded recreation option, unique to the Milwaukee-metro region.

The following designs represent the finalized concept:

The City held a public Design Workshop on November 15, 2012 to help finalize these designs.

Plans and specifications for these designs were bid out and awarded for construction in summer 2014.

    Site Selection
Based on the site selection overview, comments gathered at a Public Hearing held on October 2, 2012 and deliberations by elected officials, Radtke Park at the northeast intersection of S. 84th St. and W. National Ave. was selected to be the site of the West Allis Skate Park.
