The former Teledyne property is the eastern gateway to the City of West Allis.  It is located on the southeast corner of W. Burnham St. and S. 53 St.  The site contains approximately 8.96 acres.  The parcel was previously developed with a 300,000 sq. ft. industrial building that has since been demolished.  Environmental clean-up and additional site preparation work are being performed to position the property for redevelopment.  Industrial and commercial opportunities are being considered for redevelopment that will ultimately provide additional property tax base, jobs and an enhanced visual appearance to this corridor of the City.
