It's time once again for the City's annual benefits open enrollment period, which begins at 12 p.m., February 1st and runs through 5 p.m., February 15th, 2018.  You are encouraged to review the benefits available and to enroll early.

New for 2018 - Online Open Enrollment Required
This year, paper enrollment forms/insurance booklets will no longer be provided.  instead, you will need to use a computer to enroll, using Maestro Health online.  Maestro Health is an online source to review plan benefits/related information and to sign up for health insurance. Please be sure to carefully review and consider all the information provided prior to making your plan selection.  You are required to complete the online process even if you choose to waive coverage.

New for 2018 - Serve You Rx

Effective March 1, 2018, the City will transition to Serve You Rx for retail and mail order prescriptions. Serve You Rx will administer the City’s retail pharmacy network and Serve You DirectRx will be the mail order pharmacy.

With Serve You Rx, you will maintain the ability to obtain up to a 34-day supply of medication at most of the large chain retail pharmacies (Walgreens, CVS, Walmart, etc.) Additionally, you will be able to fill your mail order prescriptions for up to 90 days through Serve You DirectRx. Serve You Rx is local in Milwaukee which means mail order prescription turnaround time will be quick!

Continue to use your current insurance card to fill prescriptions with Express Scripts through February 28, 2018. As a result of the change to Serve You Rx, new insurance cards will be issued for an effective date of March 1st. Please present your new card to the pharmacy as of March 1st.
