1. What if I am having problems accessing one of the library’s databases?

To access all databases from home you will need a library card. Some databases are paid for by the West Allis Public Library and you will need a West Allis library card to access them remotely. If you would like to switch to a West Allis library card so you can use our databases, please see the circulation desk.

2. Does the library have Ancestry?

Yes. It is only available in the library.
