    The Plan Commission consists of the Mayor and seven citizen members who are appointed by the Mayor for three year terms.The Plan Commission is responsible for guiding the orderly development of the City through oversight of both current and long range City Planning activities consisting of the following: Land Use Planning; Site, Landscaping and Architectural Review; and, Comprehensive Planning.Meetings are convened on the fourth Wednesday of each month at 6:00 pm.The Plan Commission is supported by staff from the Department of Development, Planning & Zoning Division.

Senior Center Programs & Activities

  1. Woven Yarn Art - August 7, 14, 21

    August 21, 2019, 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM @ Senior Center

    Wednesdays, August 7, 14, 21 from 1 – 2:30 p.m. Instructor Sandra Steckler will teach participants how to use leftover yarn to create a fun yarn art sculpture that can be used on a table or hung on a wall. This technique can also be used to create wonderful woven vases. Cost is $3 and includes all materials needed to complete one project. Registration deadline is Friday, August 2.
