    The Plan Commission consists of the Mayor and seven citizen members who are appointed by the Mayor for three year terms.The Plan Commission is responsible for guiding the orderly development of the City through oversight of both current and long range City Planning activities consisting of the following: Land Use Planning; Site, Landscaping and Architectural Review; and, Comprehensive Planning. Meetings are convened on the fourth Wednesday of each month at 6 p.m. The Plan Commission is supported by staff from the Department of Development, Planning & Zoning Division.
