The West Allis Farmers Market is located at 65 St and National Ave in West Allis. It is open May - November on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm and Saturdays from 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm

The Wisconsin State Fair Fair Park is situated in both West Allis and Milwaukee. The nearly 200-acres Fair Park is a year-round entertainment venue hosting activities, events, meetings and more throughout the four seasons. Home to the Exposition Center, Tommy G. Thompson Youth Center, the Milwaukee Mile Speedway, Products Pavilion and many other facilities, hundreds of events are held on the fairgrounds each year.
Part of the Milwaukee County Park system, Greenfield Park's 282.3 acres includes a 18 hole golf course, Cool Waters waterpark, picnic areas and a section of the Oak Leaf Trail and many picnic and recreation areas. Greenfield Park is located at 2028 S 124 St in West Allis.
Greenfield Park Golf Course is an 18-hole course designed by George Hansen and founded in 1923.
Part of the Milwaukee County park system, McCarty Park, located at 8214 W Cleveland Ave, has 52.1 acres offering baseball and softball diamonds, tennis courts, tot lots, basketball courts and a 0.4 mile path around a lagoon.
There's lots to do at LaFollette Park, located on the north side of West Allis at 9418 W. Washington St. At LaFollette Park you will find a sledding hill, baseball diamonds, playgrounds, a wading pool, tennis courts, basketball courts and plenty of space to picnic and play. LaFollette Park is part of the Milwaukee County Park System.
