The goal of this program is to provide neighborhood associations an opportunity to organize and build a healthy community, attract new members, promote citizen engagement, improve quality of life of residential areas, and sustain resident involvement. Organizational Grants are intended to help fund the organization of neighborhood associations. Grants up to $500 may be awarded to qualifying groups. No match is required.
