West Allis/West Milwaukee Community Flu Clinics Begin Oct. 2

Flu Season Yield Sign

It's that time of year again! Flu season is just around the corner and it's time to protect yourself by getting a flu shot. The West Allis Health Department will be providing flu shots for:

Children 6 months - 18 years 

$30.00 per dose (cash or check only)


No cost if child:

• Has no health insurance

• Has health insurance but vaccines are not covered

• Has Medicaid (ForwardHealth)

• Is an American Indian or Native Alaskan


Adults 19 - 64 years 

$30.00 (cash or check only)

Medicaid (ForwardHealth) and Medicare Part B accepted


Adults 65 years and older

$30.00 regular dose (cash or check only)

$55.00 high dose (cash or check only)

  • Medicare Part B and Medicare Advantage Plans accepted
  • Please bring all insurance cards including ForwardHealth, Medicare, and
  • Medicare Advantage Plans


West Allis Health Department, 7120 W. National Ave.

By appointment:

  • Wednesdays: 8:30 - 11:30 a.m. | Call 414-302-8600
  • Thursdays: 1 -4  p.m. | Call 414-302-8600

Walk-in:

  • Wednesdays; 2 - 4 p.m. (through November 13, 2019)
