FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – DECEMBER 10, 2021 – West Allis, WIS. – The City of West Allis is pleased to announce that starting Monday, Dec. 13, there will be a new COVID-19 testing site in West Allis at Greenfield Park through Curative, a healthcare company. The public can visit the mobile testing site at the park, available Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8 a.m. - 3 p.m., at 2028 S 124th St., West Allis, WI 53227.
The public may book an appointment online in advance at https://book.curative.com/sites/34094. Appointments are preferred to minimize wait times, and take precedence over walk-ins. However, this mobile site also accepts walk-ins during open hours. If you are visually impaired or need additional assistance, please call Curative’s support line at 888-702-9042 to book an appointment.
There are no out-of-pocket costs, and the test is a shallow nasal PCR test. Tests are observed and directed by a healthcare worker and are self-conducted. Please bring your ID and insurance card (if applicable) to the site to receive your test. Testing is available for both insured and uninsured; however, insured will be asked to provide their insurance information.
Test results are typically received within 1-2 days. Please note this timeline is not a guarantee as there may be delays due to shipping or processing.
The City of West Allis looks forward to having another convenient and accessible COVID-19 test site available to the community! In addition to offering 1st and 2nd doses of the Pfizer vaccine, the West Allis Health Department is also offering appointments for COVID-19 booster vaccinations.
