The City of West Allis is in its third year of implementing its Five Year Strategic Plan. This plan was adopted by the West Allis Common Council in 2017 and outlines 5 key goals the City plans to achieve by 2021:
- Goal 1: Brand/Image/Destination
- Goal 2: Quality of Life
- Goal 3: Citizen Engagement
- Goal 4: Economic Vitality and Sustainability
- Goal 5: Excellence in Government
As we approach the year 2021, we are seeking resident feedback to ensure the goals outlined in the plan are meeting the needs of residents and to help guide future decision making. To do this, we need your help.
We ask for your time and input to complete the 2019 Citizen Survey. This 39-question survey is the first comprehensive resident survey we have conducted since 2015. It is estimated to take 15 – 30 minutes to complete. We are seeking in-depth, detailed feedback from you to help inform our strategic planning and provide insight into how our existing services are currently meeting your needs. Your responses are anonymous and confidential.
The survey is available online and is also being mailed to residents with the fall issue of our City newsletter. This hard copy version of the survey includes a self-addressed stamped envelope so you may mail the survey back to the City at no cost to you. The survey will close at 5 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 20. All online surveys must be complete by that time, and all mailed return surveys must be postmarked by that time.
We look forward to receiving your thoughtful responses. Thank you for your time and assistance in shaping the future of West Allis.
