  1. Loving Touch Infant Massage Classes

    February 27, 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM @ Health Department

    There are several benefits to infant massage:begins a loving communication between parents and child; helps to strengthen and regulate the baby's primary body systems; reduces gas and allows the baby to sleep better; helps the baby and parents to relax; increases parents confidence and handling skills; and provides a way to develop quality interaction time between baby and parents. Cost of the class is $10 for West Allis - West Milwaukee residents, and $20 for non-residents. Make sure to bring a blanket/mat for your baby to lie on, as classes will be held sitting on the floor, and dress your baby in comfortable and easy to remove clothes. There is a limited class size so please register early! One baby per each adult registered is allowed.   1. Preschool Power Storytime

    February 27, 1:30 PM - 2:10 PM @ Library, Children's Story Room

    Preschool Power is a storytime for children who are 3-5 years old. Each session includes age appropriate songs, rhymes, and books. Sessions end with a craft. Registration is required and can be done in person, online, or by calling the library at 414-302-8502 beginning January 2.

  2. Storytime After Dark

    February 27, 6:30 PM - 7:00 PM @ Library, Children's Story Room

    This storytime is for children ages 5 and under, with a caregiver. Each session includes age appropriate songs, rhymes, and books. Following each storytime, there is a short playtime or craft. Registration is required and can be done in person, online, or by calling the library at 414-302-8502 beginning January 2.

    The Plan Commission consists of the Mayor and seven citizen members who are appointed by the Mayor for three year terms.The Plan Commission is responsible for guiding the orderly development of the City through oversight of both current and long range City Planning activities consisting of the following: Land Use Planning; Site, Landscaping and Architectural Review; and, Comprehensive Planning.Meetings are convened on the fourth Wednesday of each month at 6:00 pm.The Plan Commission is supported by staff from the Department of Development, Planning & Zoning Division.
