Are you struggling to manage your diabetes? Do you have a loved one struggling with their diabetes diagnosis? Sign up for our Healthy Living with Diabetes class! It’s a free, evidence-based workshop occurring weekly for 2.5 hours every Thursday for 6 weeks. It will begin Thursday, November 2nd and end on Thursday, December 21st, but no class will be held Thanksgiving week. During the class, you will learn skills to help you manage your diabetes and help you accomplish your goals.
