School Programs

Dental screenings are provided in the elementary schools in conjunction with the fluoride program. In addition, dental screenings are available by a teacher or other school personnel referral. Follow up information and/or referral letters will be sent home following screenings.

Screening and Consultation

To help prevent the effect of early childhood tooth decay and future childhood dental diseases, the Dental Hygienist is available to provide oral screenings, educational materials, consultations, and referrals to community resources as well as fluoride varnish.
