If you are found guilty and want to appeal the decision to Circuit Court, you must file a written "Notice of Appeal" and pay the appeal fees to the court within 20 days from the date you were found guilty.
BAIL is required, which means your fine must be paid in full before the appeal is processed. Two checks are needed. One check is the bail (forfeiture) amount imposed at trial. The second check is for the appeal fees. Both checks should be made out to "Clerk of Court". No cash will be accepted. Check or money orders only.
