The court date is listed on your citation (ticket) or on a Summons and Complaint.
Intake (initial) court is held every Monday at 8:30 a.m with no in-person appearance. All pleas must be entered by mail, email or phone.
Trials are held on the first and third Tuesday of each month at 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. The Judge will determine if your case will be heard in person or via zoom.
Pre-trials are held every Wednesday. You must contact the city attorney’s office on your scheduled pre-trial date to speak to the city attorney about your case. You may contact the city attorney’s office between the hours of 8:30 am until (noon) 12:00 pm on that Wednesday you have court. If you fail to contact the city attorney, you will be defaulted on the Wednesday you failed to call their office during allotted times. You will not be able to speak to the city attorney unless your case(s) is scheduled for that day. No exceptions.
