CAAD Community Alliance Against Drugs
The Community Alliance Against Drugs (CAAD) is a community organization supported by the West Allis Police Department.
The mission of CAAD is to provide a working forum for members of the community to receive, discuss, and develop educational and recreational programs to deter substance abuse. CAAD encourages participation by all in an effort to increase the sensitivity of the community to the problems associated with the abuse of alcohol and other drugs, and works to help eliminate those problems.
CAAD sponsors numerous events throughout the year. These low cost, family-friendly events are open to CAAD members and non-members alike.
Past events have included:
- BBQ and Swim Night
- Halloween in the Park
- Milwaukee Admiral's Hockey Game
- Milwaukee Brewer's Baseball Game
- New Year's Family Night
- Tuesday Nights in the Park
A CAAD family membership is $20.00 per year or $10.00 per individual. A family includes two adults and dependent children under the age of 21. Membership entitles you to free or low cost admission to most of the above events.
