Mayor's Office
Welcome to West Allis. This is the first of many welcomes you're sure to hear as you explore our city. Friendly, hard-working people built our community and continue to live and work in it, and it's these people who will warmly welcome you to the shops, schools, restaurants, and businesses that make up the city we are all proud to call home.
West Allis is a unique, diverse, and thriving community. No other city in Wisconsin offers a small-town experience with big-city amenities quite like ours. Only in West Allis can you can spend the morning browsing our downtown antique and specialty retail shops, let the kids burn off some energy at our popular skate park, hit the Farmers Market in the afternoon for fresh and seasonal foods, and take a family bike ride on one of our many bike trails. In the evenings, enjoy a night out at one of our many restaurants, ranging from Peruvian cuisine to Milwaukee-style barbeque, or take in a play or concert presented by one of our many fine arts groups. There's always something new to explore.
We continue to build on our proud history by cultivating a future fueled by growth. New and innovative businesses continue to be drawn to the opportunities abounding in West Allis, and our residents are energized, engaged, and excited for the city's future. As a municipality, we strive to provide our neighbors with efficient, cost-effective services, and as always - a warm welcome. I look forward to meeting you in West Allis! Please feel free to contact me via phone, email, or Facebook and Twitter with your suggestions, feedback, and ideas at any time.
