About Human Resources
The Human Resources Department strategically partners with City departments to hire, compensate, support, and develop a diverse workforce to deliver high-quality services to our community. To that end, we are committed to being accountable, professional, and responsive to all prospective, current, and past employees and citizens of the City.

Our core services and competencies include recruitment and staffing, employee relations, organizational and employee development, safety and worker’s compensation administration, benefits administration, labor relations, regulatory compliance, and staff support to the Civil Service Commission.
