This District contains 9.6 acres and consists of two former truck terminals, which were split by an unused rail spur, located at the northeast corner of S. 116th St. and W. Rogers St. on the city's west side.  Brownfield and blight conditions prompted the creation of the district.   Demolition of the existing structures eventually made way for a mix of new commercial or light industrial uses, which were completed in 2015.
