Dog & Cat Licenses
Dogs and cats are required to be licensed. The due date for obtaining your pet's license is March 31. The fee for spayed/neutered pets is $12.00, and the fee for unaltered pets is $24.00. If the license is not applied for by March 31, there will be an additional late fee of $6.00 or $12.00 based on whether your pet is spayed/neutered. Please provide a copy of the rabies vaccination certificate and neutered/spayed documentation when applying for the license for your dog or cat.

Renewal and new license application may be submitted to either: the City Clerk's Office, 7525 W. Greenfield Ave., West Allis, WI 53214; or to the Milwaukee Area Domestic Animal Control Commission (MADACC) online at www.madacc.com, or through the mail or in person at 3839 W. Burnham St., West Milwaukee, WI 53215.

Special Note: There is a $1.00 processing fee if you submit your payment to MADACC online or by mail. If you mail your license fee payment directly to the West Allis Clerk's Office, there is no additional processing fee. Contact (414) 302-8200 for more information.
