WAWM Heroin Opiate Task Force Presents Knowledge is Power: Teen Room Replica

The West Allis-West Milwaukee Heroin/Opiate Task Force has created a teen room replica that will educate parents and caretakers about how teens and young adults may hide drug or alcohol use in plain sight. Information on resources and support groups for family members will also be available.

The replica room is located at 2450 S. 68th St. and free guided tours will be offered on the following days/times:
Thursday, April 20th 6 p.m.
Wednesday, May 3rd 6 p.m.
Tuesday, May 9th 9:30 a.m.
Thursday, May 18th 6 p.m.
Wednesday, May 24th 11 a.m.

This program is jointly sponsored by the City of West Allis, the Village of West Milwaukee, the West Allis-West Milwaukee School District, the West Allis-West Milwaukee Recreation & Community Services Department, the West Allis Health Department, the West Allis-West Milwaukee Community Coalition, the West Allis Fire Department, Shared Journeys Charter School, Rogers Memorial Hospital, and Froedtert and the Medical College of Wisconsin.
